"Hi, I'm Crystal Necole, a multicultural professional hair stylist and the Founder and CEO of Endow Mi Inc. With a passion for hair and a love for vibrant colors, I specialize in hair coloring and wig making. Growing up in Chicago, I dedicated years to helping people find the perfect hair extensions and select the ideal hair color that complements their skin tone. I understand that not everyone is naturally blessed or Endowed with the hair they desire, so I make it my mission to bring their hair dreams to life.
As a Hair Concierge, I provide a personalized service, sourcing and delivering hair extensions for my clients upon request. I cater to individuals of all genders, including men, women, and non-binary individuals. Additionally, I've had the privilege of sharing my expertise by educating others about hair loss, hair care, and general health through collaborations with the Chicago Public Library.
My journey took an unexpected turn when I had to step away from working behind the chair to care for my daughter, who experienced hair loss. Determined to find a solution, I immersed myself in learning about hair restoration, and I successfully helped my daughter regain her confidence. During the pandemic, while salons were closed, I reignited my passion for hair by creating wigs and working with hair extensions.
Throughout the years, friends and clients have relied on me for hair extension recommendations, which inspired me to become the source of high-quality hair myself. I firmly believe that hair extensions should match the look, feel, style, and color of natural hair. With this in mind, I strive to provide the highest quality hair extensions that can last for years, ensuring my clients feel empowered and beautiful.
